Sunday Afternoon at the Movies launches on Sunday 27th November!
Come along on a Sunday afternoon to our new FREE weekly Movie Club here at Crafton Green: a classic film, a tea or a coffee, and a slice of cake in a warm and welcoming room.
We will show a different classic movie every week, and we’re starting with a firm favourite: Oliver!
Oliver won six Academy Awards (including Best Picture), and it’s one of the great classic musicals. If you live alone and just want a change of scenery, if the football World Cup simply isn’t your thing, or if you just think that Oliver is one of the greatest musicals ever made, come and join us! We will be cranking up the heating and serving tea, coffee and cake free of charge. This is an entirely free community event and all are welcome. Please share this with your neighbours and friends to help us spread the word.
Where? Find us at TouchPoint, Crafton Green, Stansted CM24 8AQ (next to the Library). Parking is available at the Crafton Green car park.
When? We’re open from 1pm to 4pm, and the film starts at 1.30pm.
