Complaints should be made in writing at the address below, or by email to the Chair of the Trustees, at chair@thetouchpoint.org

Please make sure you tell us:  

  • What has happened
  • When it happened
  • The background to the problem, if you think it is relevant
  • What you’ve done to try and sort it out (if appropriate)
  • What you want us to do to put things right (if appropriate)

The chair will acknowledge your complaint within a week of receipt and investigate it as quickly as possible. TouchPoint may contact you for further information.  TouchPoint will investigate and write to you with the result of the investigation within four weeks.

TouchPoint may arrange to talk to you in person, if this is possible, to further understand the situation and your complaint.

If the response you receive is not satisfactory, you can put your complaint in writing and post to:
