- What? Nordic Walking is great for physical health as well as mental wellbeing, and is suitable for all ages and abilities. *Please note that these sessions are for men only*
- Useful to know: Led by a Nordic Walking expert. All equipment is provided: just wear a comfortable pair of trainers or shoes with a flexible sole, and dress for the weather.
