Nordic Walking is great for physical health as well as mental wellbeing, and is suitable for all ages and abilities. *Please note that this session is for men only*

One hour of yoga at Birchanger Primary School. Come along and stretch, relax and breathe.

A weekly free chair-based exercise session. The session begins at 9.15am for 45 mins. Followed by tea, coffee and cake (and the Touchpoint Foodshare!)

We’re excited to bring the TouchPoint Community Food Share to Takeley

The TouchPoint Community Café is open on Thursdays between 10am and 5pm, with hot meals served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. 
Tea and coffee is free, and we have a lovely selection of homemade cakes available to buy. 

The Peabody Trust join us here at Crafton Green between 11am and 3pm, providing free information and advice for people who need support with housing-related issues. This could include assistance with managing your tenancy, getting out of debt, or finding work. 

What is TouchPoint Teatime? It’s a free hot meal for children and their parents or carers – it’s for all pre-school and school-aged children and the food is child-friendly.
